Our Semi-Private Personal Training Program is designed to make your workouts fun and efficient! Stay motivated by working out with your friends, family, and fellow members of the Desert Sports & Fitness Team. Surround yourself with supportive people with goals similar to yours who will help encourage you. We guarantee you won't plateau with our programming as our coaches challenge you to continue building your skills in order to achieve your fitness goals.
You share the cost of a personal trainer, but still get the individualized attention. Our unique program design allows our qualified coaches to progress or regress the movements depending on your needs.
Our One-on-One Training Program allows you to work one-on-one with our coaches to design a workout program fit for you. Your coach will first meet with you to discuss your current fitness level, any previous injuries or restrictions, your availability and your short term and long term goals. From there, our coaches plan and supervise your workouts, reviewing regularly to keep your training sessions fun. We offer 30 minute or 60 minute sessions based on your preference.
TRX Suspension Training is a fast, effective total body workout utilizing bodyweight and core strength to perform each movement. You control how challenging each exercise is by simply adjusting your body position to increase or decrease resistance.

The Functional Movement Screen (FMS) is the product of an exercise philosophy known as Functional Movement Systems. The FMS generates the Functional Movement Screen Score, which is used to target problems and track progress. With this evaluation, our coaches can easily identify any asymmetries and limitations that will affect your performance. It helps indicate your readiness to perform certain exercises so that together we can set realistic goals to achieve and ensures safety of movements.
Track Your Progress
Tracking your progress is an important part of realizing your goals. Our coaches will regularly take you through a complete fitness evaluation to assess your achievements along the way. This assessment is comprised of body fat percentage, measurements, body weight, strength and flexibility testing. It is recommended to repeat testing every 6 - 8 weeks to compare results, and set new goals for your fitness programs. Plus, it gives us a baseline, which is useful when designing programs to help you reach your goals.
